Special Meeting & Open Election Reminder

Good afternoon, Neighbors,

We're now less than 14 days away from our Special Meeting of the Membership to elect two additional members to the Board of Directors. We're excited to announce we've achieved quorum with more than 11 percent of homeowners responding and submitting their votes, but that also means that 89 percent of our owners have not voted. There's still time! If you have not received your email invite from Election Buddy, or maybe have forgotten to cast your vote, please contact the association manager at info@psprop.net to get your ballot's direct link and access key.

Because each unit's ballot is a unique hyperlink, we cannot give a general link to the election page and have you sign in. If you didn't get the link, you must reach out to the manager for your specific ballot link and access key.

Or, if you prefer the old-fashioned way, attached is a proxy form and absentee ballot which you can complete and send in to the manager at info@psprop.net.

We'll have ballots available at the meeting on August 4 at the Amenity Center as well for those wanting to cast a vote in person.
