Our team at PS Management thanks you for your patience and grace as we navigate this initial month of transition. We'd like to give an update as to where we are in some of the processes and what to expect in the coming weeks.
1) Clubhouse Reservations - we have updated the request form, and you can make initial reservation requests inside your Vantaca resident portal under the Amenity Calendar, or email us directly at info@psprop.net to assist. Please note the Board will be reviewing the existing policy to ensure equitable use for all members, so the existing process is subject to change.
2) The Ridge pool adjacent to the Clubhouse is currently closed - there are several maintenance issues within the equipment room, and your Board of Directors has recently terminated the existing contractor and engaged a new one to begin servicing the pool as soon as is feasible. We are in the throes of creating a new enclosure for the chemical storage tanks, and upon completion of that, the new contractor will install equipment to be owned by the community (saving us money in the long-term) and will make the necessary repairs to re-open the pool. We anticipate completion of this project within the next two-to-three weeks, if not sooner.
3) Our amenity access team has been diligently working to gain access to the Linear system which controls the Ridge pool and clubhouse access. Unfortunately, we have encountered unforeseen complications on this and not received sufficient information from prior management to change the administrative settings and gain access. We anticipate resolution of this issue within the month of June. In the meantime, the Bluff pool on Lilly Grace remains open daily for all members.
4) For those members who had submitted projects during the month of April, particularly near the end of the month, please contact Management directly to ensure your project documents made it over in transition. We are still working with the Smartwebs platform to gain access to all current and pending projects, but the Architectural Control Committee is committed to processing as expedient a review for you as is feasible. We are scheduling training sessions for the Committee on the Vantaca platform, and we anticipate within another one to two months we will be fully transitioned on this matter.
Again, thank you for your patience with us; your Board has been working diligently with management during this first month with us to ensure all requests and concerns are being handled efficiently and with as minimal inconvenience as possible.
