Reminder - Board Expansion vote is live

Good afternoon, Neighbors,

We're already less than one month away from a special meeting of the membership to vote and expand our Board of Directors. By now, you should have already received a link to Election Buddy to cast your ballot in advance of the meeting. If you've not received that email, or are having difficulty with it, please reach out to us at info@psprop.net that we can give you your specific voting credentials.

If you prefer to cast an absentee ballot via mail, please see the attached ballot, and take a moment to complete and submit back to us. If you prefer not to vote for any candidates or plan not to attend the meeting, please complete and submit the attached proxy form prior to the meeting on August 4.

We have received feedback from only 7 percent of the community thus far, and our quorum is set at 10 percent to have the meeting and the election. Should we fail to achieve quorum, the Association will reschedule and re-notice the meeting, adding unnecessary expense for the community. Please take just a few minutes and cast your vote today!
