Notice - Special Meeting of Membership

Good morning, Neighbors, Your Board of Directors recently adopted an amendment to the Community's Bylaws expanding the Board to five persons, and a special meeting has been called to elect an additional two members to the Board. Within the attached packet you'll find the notice for the meeting along with teleconference information, candidate information sheets, an absentee ballot, and general proxy. You'll also soon receive an email from Election Buddy with an invitation to vote online. Please take a moment to review the materials and cast your ballot. You may vote online OR by absentee ballot in advance of the August 4 meeting date. Should you vote online and send in the absentee ballot, one of those methods will invalidate the other. If you vote by either method, the general proxy form is not necessary, but if you choose not to cast a ballot, we ask that you complete and submit the proxy so that the Association can achieve quorum for the meeting and ensure a proper election.

We do not anticipate any other business being brought before the Membership during the meeting, so casting your vote by absentee ballot will most likely not be altered by an amendment introduced on the floor of the meeting.
